Description Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress human immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II-a (Fc?RIIa / CD32A 131His). The surface expression of CD32A 131His is validated by FACS analysis. This stable cell line product is designed for measuring binding affinity and stability of Fc region of antibodies and Fc fusion proteins, or antibody based biologics binding with CD32A 131His. We also offer CD32A 131Arg stable cell line (Cat. No. M00887) for Fc?RIIa polymorphism study.
