CRF2 Receptor Cell Line

Description CRF2 Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing CRF2 with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The cell line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate CRF2. When a ligand binds to the CRF2, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. This cell line has been validated measuring both cAMP and calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with CRF. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring CRF2 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
