U2OS cells stably expressing B2 Bradykinin Receptor, Calcium biosensor & ß-arrestin biosensor

Description MPX Nomad Bradykinin receptor B2 (BK2) Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs: ß-Arrestin (Red fluorescence); Ca2+ biosensor (Green fluorescence); Bradykinin receptor B2 (BK2) with no tag. MPX Nomad Bradykinin receptor B2 (BK2) cell line has been designed to assay compounds or analyze their capability to modulate Bradykinin receptor B2 (BK2). When an agonist binds to BK2 a G protein is activated which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by Ca2+ and a subsequent internalization mediated by ß-Arrestin. This cell line has been validated measuring Ca2+ signaling and ß-Arrestin mobilization analyzing Nomad biosensors distribution within the cells. This highly reproducible assay has been validated using bradykinin as agonist in both High Content Analysis and High Throughput Analysis.
