Alpha-1B adrenergic Receptor U2OS Cell Line

Description Alpha-1B Adrenergic Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing ADRA1B with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The ADRA1B Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate ADRA1B. When a ligand binds to the ADRA1B, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker ADRA1B cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with epinephrine. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring ADRA1B receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
